為何我的inReach 衛星通訊服務方案被終止而無法使用

inReach系列為使用銥衛星(Iridium)網路的衛星通訊服務,依照NCC(國家通訊傳播委員會)法規規定需透過台灣電信公司辦理,在台灣銥衛星與中華電信有簽訂合作合約,因此需要透過中華電信進行雙證件認證開通,並取得註冊碼。若您尚未提供予Garmin中華電信註冊碼,您的衛星通訊服務依規定將會被終止。


若您需要繼續使用衛星通訊服務,須請您取得中華電信註冊碼後,將註冊碼以Email方式提供給美國Garmin帳務團隊 garminservicesbilling@garmin.com ,帳務團隊將後續與您聯繫,並為您重新啟用衛星通訊服務,後續您需要再重新設定衛星通訊訂閱方案,而重新啟用將會收取年度方案或自由方案費用及啟動費;待重新啟動並完成訂閱方案設定後,須請您主動聯繫帳務團隊,以利帳務團隊為您重新計算相關費用。

備妥雙證件後至中華電信網站申請開通或臨櫃申辦(限中華電信直營服務中心),有關申請上有任何疑問,建議您可以直接洽詢中華電信客服0800-080123

My inReach Subscription Service Plan has been terminated and is no longer available for use.


The inReach series is a satellite communication service that uses the Iridium network. According to regulations of the National Communications Commission (NCC), it is required to be processed through Taiwan Telecom. Chunghwa Telecom has signed a cooperative contract with Iridium in Taiwan, and therefore, double certification authentication is required through Chunghwa Telecom to activate the service and obtain the registration code. If you have not provided the Chunghwa Telecom registration code to Garmin, your inReach Subscription Service Plan will be terminated according to regulations.


If you need to continue using satellite communication services, you will need to obtain a registration code from Chunghwa Telecom and provide the registration code to Garmin's billing team at garminservicesbilling@garmin.com via email. The billing team will then contact you to reactivate the satellite communication service. You will need to reset your satellite communication subscription plan after the reactivation, and annual or freedom plan fees and activation fees will be charged for the reactivation. After reactivating and completing the subscription plan setup, please contact the billing team proactively to allow them to recalculate the relevant fees.

How to obtain the Chunghwa Telecom Registration Code :

Prepare your two certificates and apply for activation on the Chunghwa Telecom website or apply over the counter (limited to Chunghwa Telecom direct-operated service centers to obtain the [Chunghwa Telecom Registration Code].

For any questions regarding the application, it is recommended to contact Chunghwa Telecom customer service at 0800-080123 directly.
