Managing Garmin Navionics+ Subscriptions
Below are the steps for managing, updating and canceling a Garmin Navionics+™ chart subscription.
Subscription Renewal
To renew a subscription for Garmin Navionics+™ charts or Garmin Navionics Vision+™ charts using Garmin.com or the Garmin Express™ program use the following steps:
NOTE: When renewing via the Garmin Express™ program, users will be redirected to Garmin.com.
Go to https://www.garmin.com/account/subscriptions
Or from Garmin.com: Account > Manage Your Data > View Your Data > Subscriptions and Content
Sign in using email address and password
Subscription will appear under the "Expiring Soon" section
Select Renew
Select the Country/Region of the billing address
Review the plan and select Next
Enter Promo Code before selecting Next if applicable
To allow automatic renewal for future subscriptions (optional), click the box to authorize Automatic Renewal
Select Next
Enter billing details
Review Terms and Conditions and select I agree
Enter Payment Method
Confirm purchase

To renew a subscription for Garmin Navionics+ and Garmin Navionics Vision+ using the ActiveCaptain® app, use the following steps:
Open the ActiveCaptain App
Select the Chart tab
Select the Menu option (3 horizontal lines in top right)
Select My Charts
Select Renew Now for the subscription option to renew
Review the chart details and select Renew Now
Review Terms and Conditions and select I agree
After agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store will prompt the purchase process

Canceling Subscriptions
To cancel the auto renewal of the Garmin Navionics+™ charts or Garmin Navionics Vision+™ charts using Garmin.com or the Garmin Express™ program use the following steps:
Go to https://www.garmin.com/account/subscriptions
Or from Garmin.com: Account > Manage Your Data > View Your Data > Subscriptions and Content
Sign in using email address and password
Select Account
Select Data Management
Select View Your Data
Select View Subscriptions and Content
Select Change Plan
Select Cancel Subscription under the current plan
Check the box confirming that canceling will turn off subscription-related features and functions
Select Cancel Service.
NOTE: Service Cancelation is immediate and to re-enable service you will have to complete the service activation process again.
To cancel the auto renewal of the Garmin Navionics+ and the Garmin Navionics Vision+ subscription using the ActiveCaptain® app:
Open or sign into the ActiveCaptain App
Select Charts
Press the menu option
Select My Charts
Press the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner
Select Manage Subscriptions. The app will navigate to the appropriate app store
Select the subscription to cancel the auto renewal
Select to cancel auto renewal
Downloading Invoices
Log in to the Subscription Portal.
Select Manage on the device you want to update
Select Update Payment Info
Select Download Invoice to download the most recent invoice
Select
to download a previous invoice
The invoice details are now downloaded and viewable.
Updating Payment Information
Log in to the Subscription Portal
Select Manage on the device you want to update
Select Update Payment Info
Update or confirm billing address and select Next
Update your current card or add new card information and select Save
The payment information for the Garmin subscription is now updated.
