Apple: Purchase Could Not Be Completed

If you are trying to purchase a new chart coverage area or subscription renewal and you are receiving the message, "Purchase could not be completed. Your account has not been charged", or "Transaction Failed", it might be that you need to allow in-app purchases on your Apple device.  

  1. Go to your device Settings
  2. Select Screen Time
  3. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
  4. Select iTunes & App Store Purchases
  5. Select In-app Purchases
  6. Select Allow
