1. Open BaseCamp program
2. Connect your Garmin device
3. Ctrl-click the name of your device
4. Click the Receive from Device button
5. Check the box for any data you wish to receive
6. Click the Receive button

Create a Route from a Track Using BaseCamp on Mac
Garmin BaseCamp™ software can be used to create a route based on a track from your device. This works for tracks in the "Where I've Been" app on devices. Some devices also have a "Tracks" app, which will work as well.
1. Ctrl-click the desired track in the Library and Devices area
2. Click Create Route from Track
The route will now appear on the map as well as in My Collection.
1. Ctrl-click My Collection
2. Click the Send to your device button
3. Select the device you wish to send the data to
4. Click the Send button
This will transfer the route onto your device.
