inReach Messages Not Received by SMS Phone Numbers in Mexico

There have been policy changes in Mexico regarding SMS messaging that are affecting inReach® messages from being received. Our SMS provider is working to resolve this, but we do not yet have an estimated time on when this will be fixed. For now, we recommend using email messaging to communicate with your recipients.
