Audio lost on the nüvi® 265 or 265W

The loss of audio is caused by the device going into sleep (or charging) mode while connected to external power.

You may restore audio in one of the two following ways:

• Slide and hold the power button to the On position for 8-10 seconds
• Disconnect the device from the power source and allow the device to shut down completely

The device will now have audio.
