Error - nuMaps Lifetime Gift Card has Already been Redeemed
Typically, if you are trying to activate your nuMaps Lifetime gift card and keep getting an error message, the subscription may already be active on your account.
If you are Receiving An Error Message:
1. Log in to your account on garmin.com. Click on Profile at the top center.
2. Click on Subscription & Service Plans.
3. Here it will show if you have a purchased map subscription.
If this fails to resolve the problem, see if you have a different Garmin account using a different email address. The subscription may be active under another account.
