Pairing Compatible Rangefinders to a GPSMAP 67 with Applied Ballistics

The GPSMAP® 67 handheld navigator with Applied Ballistics can receive range data automatically from compatible rangefinders, as well as provide a ballistics solution back to the rangefinder.

Adding a Ballistic Sensor

To pair a device with Applied Ballistics to a rangefinder, first put the compatible rangefinder in AB External pairing mode. AB External mode may also need to be enabled to send range data to the compatible Garmin device. Use the owner's manual for your rangefinder for instructions.

  1. On the GPSMAP 67 handheld press the Menu button twice to open the main menu.
  2. Highlight Setup and press Enter.
  3. Use the Directional Key to highlight Sensors.
  4. Press Enter to select.
  5. Use the Directional Key to highlight Applied Ballistics.
  6. Press Enter to select.
  7. Highlight Applied Ballistics and press Enter.
  8. Highlight + AB Sensor and press Enter.
  9. Highlight the rangefinder you are trying to add and press Enter.

NOTE: If using Vectronix rangefinders select Vectronix from the sensor list instead of Applied Ballistics.
