Garmin Retail (Miami) Store Return/Exchange/Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, Garmin retail store will refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase and subject to the following conditions.   Customers are encouraged to visit the retail store in order to properly facilitate a refund or exchange.   If a customer cannot return to the retail store within 30 days of purchase, they may contact Garmin’s product support to have their product exchanged.

Returns within 30 days with a receipt are eligible for a refund, see the documentation in product packaging for warranty information.

  • For all exchanges or returns, Garmin requires the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC code, packaging, and all accessories.

  • Opened software and cartography may not be returned and may only be exchanged for the same product.
