Sending App Logs From the Garmin Jr. App to Garmin Product Support

In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for app logs in order to investigate an issue. The following steps are for the Garmin Jr. app:

  1. Open the Garmin Jr. app. 

  2. Select More.

  3. Select Help

  4. Select Diagnostic Reports

  5. Enter the code provided by Product Support.

  6. Select Send Report.
