Overlay BirdsEye Onto Other Map Products

Garmin devices utilize a map draw order to display maps. The draw order for BirdsEye imagery files can be adjusted with the BaseCamp™ program so they are displayed over or under other map products.

When BirdsEye files are set to display below other maps, roads and trails or other map details will be overlaid on top of the BirdsEye imagery. Alternatively, BirdsEye files can be set to display above other maps to completely obscure any roads and trails or other map details.

NOTE: BirdsEye Satellite Imagery and BirdsEye TOPO cannot be overlaid so as to see both at the same time.
