BC 40 Wireless Backup Camera Display Timeout

The Tread®, Tread® - Base Edition,  zūmo® XT, and zūmo® XT2 GPS navigators will display the camera screen when first paired with the BC™ 40 wireless backup camera. In general, the screen of the device will leave the camera view shortly after the vehicle starts driving.

The Camera Display will Timeout in the Following Situations:

• Vehicle is going under 10mph when you start the video:

  • The video will timeout if you go above 10mph or after 2.5 minutes.

• Vehicle is going over 10mph when you start the video:

  • The video will timeout after 10 seconds unless you slow down to under 10mph.

You can go back to the camera view anytime by selecting the camera icon.
