Using the Sleep Widget or Glance

The Sleep widget/glance will give you a basic timeline of your total sleep time and sleep phases. On select devices, it will be named " Sleep Score." Selecting the widget/glance will show you your sleep and wake times, along with a more detailed graph of your sleep phases. To see which watches are compatible with this feature, expand the drop down section below.

Using the Sleep Widget / Glance

After a night of sleep you will be able to see a quick view of the details by accessing the Sleep widget/glance.

  1. From the watch face, navigate up through the widget/glance loop.

  2. Once you locate the Sleep widget/glance you can view your sleep time.

  3. Select the Sleep widget/glance for more details.

Adding the Sleep Widget / Glance

If you are unable to locate the Sleep Widget/Glance you may need to enable this feature. Most watches will follow the steps listed below, but for exact steps, see your owner's manual.

  1. Access the settings menu on your device.

  2. Select Widgets or Glances.

  3. Select Add.

  4. Select Sleep.

After you sync the watch with your Garmin Connect account you will be able to see a more detailed view of your sleep data.
