My Device Shows As Registered But Not Paired in the Garmin Connect App
There are usually two scenarios in which you will see your device listed in the Garmin Connect™ app as 'Registered but not paired'. This includes:
Pairing your device using the Garmin Express™ program on a computer before setting it up with the app.
Uninstalling the Garmin Connect app on your phone and Reinstalling it without taking the proper steps to remove your previously paired device.
To correct this issue follow these exact steps:
Sign into the Garmin Connect app.
Select SKIP (bottom of screen) if the app asks you to "Select Your Device".
Select More (bottom right).
Select Garmin Devices.
Select the Name of your device under the section 'Registered but not Paired'.
Select Add This Device.
Place your Garmin® device into Pairing Mode. This allows the Garmin Connect app to find it.
