Cannot Sync 200 Point Routes Message on the Garmin Explore Website

The Garmin Explore™ website limits route points to 200 points per a route. When trying to sync a route over 200 points to a device, the following message will appear:

  • Selecting Copy will create a copy of the route, but with only 200 points
  • Selecting Replace will delete the route with too many points, and replace it with a route of 200 points

Routes with more than 200 points can be easily identified in Collections and the Library by the red exclamation point next to them.
