flyGarmin Update: Garmin Pilot Subscription Auto-Renewals
What's New With Garmin Pilot™ Aviation app Subscriptions?
Garmin Pilot subscriptions now include the ability to automatically renew each year.
When auto-renewal is active, your Garmin Pilot subscriptions will automatically renew each year using the credit card on file with your flyGarmin account.
This will ensure that your subscription remains active to support your flying needs and integration with Garmin Avionics, including Garmin Pilot's Database Concierge.
How is Auto-Renewal Enabled?
Great news! Auto-renewal is automatically enabled when a new Garmin Pilot subscription is purchased.
Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time after the purchase by visiting the new Garmin Pilot subscriptions page.
To turn off auto-renewal:
Go to fly.garmin.com.
At the top of the web page, select on Subscriptions.
Select Garmin Pilot Subscriptions.
Auto-renewal can be toggled on or off at any time before the subscription's expiration date:
Will My Current Garmin Pilot Subscription Support This New Auto-Renewal Feature?
No. Auto-renewal is only available for new subscription purchases.
Your new Garmin Pilot subscription will begin immediately upon purchase and may run concurrently with your existing subscription. In these rare situations, please contact Garmin Aviation Support for further assistance.
Once the new purchase is complete, auto-renewal will be available and active.
How Can I Update or Change My Credit Card?
You can update your credit card details at any time by visiting the new Garmin Pilot Subscriptions page on fly.garmin.com.
Click on the "Payment" link to securely update your credit card information.
