Sending App Logs From the Connect IQ Store App to Garmin Product Support

In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for app logs in order to investigate an issue. The following steps are for the Garmin Connect IQ Store app.

  1. Open the Connect IQ Store app.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the home page.

  3. Select About the Connect IQ Store.

  4. Select Diagnostic Report.

  5. Enter the code provided by Product Support.

  6. Select Send Report.
