Using the Screenshot Feature on an Automotive Device

When the screenshot feature is enabled on an automotive device, it will allow you to take screenshots of the current screen on the device. This feature is primarily used for troubleshooting purposes. In the event that you are receiving an error on the device, you can use the screenshot feature to take a picture of the message.

To Enable or Disable the Screenshot Feature on the Device:

1. Touch Settings or the settings wheel

2. Touch Display

3. Touch the box to place a checkmark

On some devices, this screen will say Enabled/Disabled or may require you to On or Off next to Screenshot.

4. Touch OK or Done

Skip this step on some devices.
