My Scorecards Are Not Displayed in the Garmin Golf App
The Garmin Golf™ app displays the scorecards synced from Garmin® golf-capable devices that sync with the Garmin Connect™ app. If scorecards are not displaying in the Garmin Golf app, there can be different causes.

Common Causes for Scorecards Not Displaying in the Garmin Golf App
Your Garmin device is not syncing the data into your account.
You are signed into different accounts in Garmin Connect and the Garmin Golf app.
There is a disconnect between the Garmin Connect app and Garmin Golf app.
Resolving Issues With Scorecards Not Displaying in the Garmin Golf app
For devices that pair with the Garmin Connect app, you will see a glance card on the Home page that indicates the scorecard file has synced.
The card is a snapshot of the Scorecard that, if touched, redirects you to the Garmin Golf app to view the full details.
Scorecard Is Not Displaying in the Garmin Connect App
If the card is missing from the Garmin Connect app after the device syncs, then the scorecards are not syncing from the device.
Ensure the device is properly paired and syncing with the Garmin Connect app. See - Garmin Connect App Bluetooth® Troubleshooting.
Try syncing the device through the Garmin Express™ program on a computer to see if the scorecard will sync into your account.
Reset the device to defaults if the scorecards are not making it into your account when it is properly connected and syncing (refer to your owner's manual for instructions). This should get the device to sync scorecards going forward. You will also need to remove and re-add the device through the Garmin Connect app after the reset. Scorecard Is Displaying In Garmin Connect but is Missing From the Garmin Golf App
If the card is displaying in the Garmin Connect app, but the scorecard is missing from the Garmin Golf app, then there is a disconnect between the two apps.
Make sure you are logged into the same account in Garmin Connect as you are with the Golf app. You can sign out of the apps, then sign back in with the same account in both apps. If the scorecards are not appearing in the Garmin Golf app with the correct sign in, there may be an issue with the Garmin Golf app displaying the data. You can uninstall and reinstall the Garmin Golf app using your phone's normal app installation procedures.
