Initial Setup For the Forerunner 405, 405CX, 410
The Forerunner 405/405CX/410 use ANT+ technology to communicate with our computer program Garmin Express. Once you are paired with Garmin Express you will be able to transfer your data over to Garmin Connect to save and review your data.
Download and install Garmin Express.
Plug the ANT Stick into a USB port on your computer.
Open Garmin Express.
Power the device on and follow the on-screen prompts.
Select Add Device in Garmin Express.
When prompted, confirm pairing on the device.
Follow Garmin Express Prompts to complete the setup.
