How Many Songs Can I Store on an Amazon Music Playlist on My Watch?

The amount of content from Amazon Music that can be stored in a single playlist on your watch is a maximum of 150 songs. 


Can I Load a Podcast From Amazon to My Watch?

At this time you are limited to loading music playlists to your watch. Podcasts cannot be played through Amazon on Garmin music watches.


How Do I Create an Amazon Music Playlist For My Watch?

Why Did My Playlist Disappear From My Garmin Watch?

No longer seeing your playlists on your watch can mean the following:

  • Your Amazon subscription has expired.

  • You exceeded your limit of offline devices.

  • The watch hasn't been synced over Wi-Fi1 through the Amazon app within the last 30 days:

This is needed to verify your account status periodically. Failure to do this can also result in a "Content Expired" error message on the watch. This can be resolved by selecting Update Downloads from the Amazon app on the watch (when the watch battery is charged and in range of your Wi-Fi1 network).


Why Do My All-Access Playlists Show "No Results"?

If you see "No Results" when trying to access your All-Access Playlists, you will need to do the following:

  1. Go to https://music.amazon.com/my/library using a web browser (not the Amazon mobile app) and sign in.

  2. Play music.

  3. Re-access your All-Access Playlists on the watch. The playlists should appear as expected.


Will My Garmin Watch Support My Liked Songs Playlist on Amazon Music?

The Amazon Connect IQ app does not support sending your liked songs playlist to your watch. 


How Do I Remove a Song From My Watch?

Deleting a song from your watch requires you to remove the song from your Amazon playlist. There is not a way to delete a single song from the watch.


How Do I Remove a Playlist From My Button-Only Operated Watch?

  1. Open the Music player.

  2. Press the middle left button.

  3. Select Amazon Music.

  4. Select Edit Downloads, then select the playlist you want to remove.

  5. Confirm the remove prompt.
    • Edit Downloads will only appear for playlists you have already downloaded. Created but not yet downloaded playlists will display Add instead.

How Do I Remove a Playlist From My Touchscreen Watch?

  1. Open the Music player.

  2. Select Menu.

  3. Select Amazon Music.

  4. Scroll down and touch Edit Downloads.

  5. Select the playlist you want to delete.

  6. Select the checkmark to confirm.

    • Edit Downloads will only appear for playlists you have already downloaded. Created but not yet downloaded playlists will Display Add instead.

How Do I Update Playlists Already Downloaded to My Watch?

For Amazon Unlimited subscription customers, after you have added content to your watch, any changes you make to your downloaded playlist(s) will sync over automatically when your watch is charging and in the range of a saved Wi-Fi network1. You can also manually initiate a sync to update playlists and report all songs played to Amazon Music by accessing the "Sync" option from within the Amazon Music widget on your watch.
