PRODUCTS AFFECTED:

All GI 275 products with software versions 2.52 and later, interfaced with a GFC 500 autopilot are affected.

ISSUE:

When attempting to ARM a GPS approach for GPS/GP, the GI 275 may instead ARM the ILS approach LOC/GS.

ACTION:

For GPS approaches, tune the NAV source to an unused NAV frequency before arming the GPS Approach.

RESOLUTION:

This has been fixed in GI 275 System Software Version 3.01. Refer to Garmin TSO Service Bulletin 23087.
