Alpha 100 Freezes When Using Portable Long Range or External Magnetic Mount Antenna

If an Alpha® 100 device is freezing or shutting down when the original antenna is replaced with a different type (Long Range Antenna or the external Magnetic Mount Antenna), the device may require a software update. For instructions updating the software see related content.

After updating the device software the Alpha should function properly.
