How To Use Virtual Power with Basic Trainers
What is Virtual Power?
The Tacx Training™ app estimates your power based on the speed from a compatible sensor and the resistance level of your trainer. This estimation is based on the trainers power curve. The power curve chart (below) shows you the power (watts) required to achieve a given speed at each resistance setting and is unique for each basic trainer model. Virtual power is an estimate of your power based on the speed and resistance, and is not a precise measurement.
