Hazy or Foggy Display on the Xero X1i

When using the Xero X1i, lighting conditions can impact how we perceive color and brightness in the display of the scope. Low light conditions can cause a hazy or foggy effect in the display of the scope if the settings are not properly tuned to the user. A few things may cause this hazy effect on the display:

• The brightness is set too high causing a hazy effect in the display.
• Some colors do not work as well in these conditions (green for example).
• The focus knob needs to be adjusted to account for different lighting conditions.

Adjusting Dim Condition Settings

Everyone's eyes work slightly different and sometimes it takes some tweaks to settings to find what works best. Dim Conditions settings are also key. You can change the Dim Conditions display color to account for various eyesight limitations.

To adjust the Dim Conditions on the Xero X1i:

1. Press OK/PWR to access the main menu.
2. Scroll down and select the settings icon.
3. Select Display.
4. Scroll down and select Color.
5. Ensure Automatic Display Color is turned on.
6. Scroll down to Dim Conditions to adjust the display color.
