Restoring In-App Purchases in the Smartphone Link App

In some cases, it may be necessary to restore your previously purchased in-App extras in the Smartphone Link App. A restore of your purchases may be necessary after uninstalling/re-installing the App, or after installing the App on another device.

To restore your previously purchased in-App extras, follow the steps below:

Note: In order to restore your purchases, your device must be signed into the same Google or Apple account that was originally used for the purchases.

iOS:

  1. Open the Smartphone Link App on your mobile device

  2. Touch My Account

  3. Touch Restore Purchases at the bottom of the screen

  4. When prompted, Enter your Apple ID password

  5. Touch OK

A list of your previously purchased in-App extras will now appear under 'Subscribed'.

Android:

Note: If more than one Google Account exists on your device, it is necessary to select the account used for the purchases under 'Menu>Settings>Google Play  Account' in the Smartphone Link App.

  1. Open the Smartphone Link App on your mobile device

  2. Touch My Account

  3. Touch Menu (3 Dots) in the upper-left corner

  4. Touch Refresh

"Subscribed" will now appear next to each purchased extra on the list.

You have now restored your Smartphone Link in-App purchases.
