Restoring In-App Purchases in the Smartphone Link App
In some cases, it may be necessary to restore your previously purchased in-App extras in the Smartphone Link App. A restore of your purchases may be necessary after uninstalling/re-installing the App, or after installing the App on another device.
To restore your previously purchased in-App extras, follow the steps below:
Note: In order to restore your purchases, your device must be signed into the same Google or Apple account that was originally used for the purchases.
iOS:
Open the Smartphone Link App on your mobile device
Touch My Account
Touch Restore Purchases at the bottom of the screen
When prompted, Enter your Apple ID password
Touch OK
A list of your previously purchased in-App extras will now appear under 'Subscribed'.
Android:
Note: If more than one Google Account exists on your device, it is necessary to select the account used for the purchases under 'Menu>Settings>Google Play Account' in the Smartphone Link App.
Open the Smartphone Link App on your mobile device
Touch My Account
Touch Menu (3 Dots) in the upper-left corner
Touch Refresh
"Subscribed" will now appear next to each purchased extra on the list.
You have now restored your Smartphone Link in-App purchases.
