The Garmin Connect home screen is fully customizable, so you can put the stats and features that are most important to you in view.
You can enable or disable entire sections and stats you want to show in the order you want to show them. Your home screen can include the following sections:
In Focus
In Focus stats will appear in large format cards at the top of the screen. You can choose which stats to show or hide, as well as reorder them. This section can accommodate up to 6 of your preferred stats. Your available focus stats may vary depending on your Garmin device.
Sleep Coach
If your device has the sleep coach feature, you can turn this section on to view it right on the home screen. The sleep coach feature will appear when you have a significant change in your sleep needs.
At a Glance
Your At a Glance stats appear in smaller cards below the In Focus section. You can choose which stats to show or hide, as well as reorder them. You can choose a maximum of 20 stats for this section, eight of which will be shown on the home screen.
Events, Garmin Coach Plans & Challenges
Once you switch these sections on, your scheduled events and Garmin Coach plans, as well as any challenges you join or create, will appear in them.
Yesterday & Last 7 Days
If you would like to view historic reports of your In Focus and At a Glance data from yesterday and the last seven days, turn these sections on.
Other Home Screen Details
Any activities you record that day or upcoming workouts or events will appear automatically at the top of the home screen.

How Are the Averages for Wellness Data Calculated on the "Last 7 Days" Section?
Since the current day is continuously being measured by your device, only the past 6 full days of wellness information is used to calculate averages on the Last 7 Days section of the Connect Home screen. This is so that only complete days are being used to calculate your average.
How Do I Manually Add Data to My Account?
To add a manual activity recording, you can assign an activity trends card to the In Focus section as shown below. From the activity trends card, select the icon to add your manual activity. Alternatively, you can also follow the steps from Create a Manual Activity in Garmin Connect.
Garmin Connect App Example:
Manually adding a blood pressure reading, weight, or hydration, is done from the At a Glance section of the home page. Here, you will need to have a measurement active as an At a Glance card. Then select the icon to add a measurement.
