If your card is supported but you are unable to add it to your wallet, contact your bank or card issuer for assistance.

Why Is My Bank Card Not Listed?

If your card is not listed as being compatible, contact your bank and express your desire to have them work with Garmin Pay.

If your bank card is listed but you are getting an error message when attempting to add it, this may mean that not all cards offered by your bank have been enabled to use Garmin Pay. If this occurs, contact your bank and consult with a mobile payment program specialist to find out specifically which of the banks' card offerings will work with Garmin Pay.
