Verify the Maps on an Automotive Device are Enabled

The device will not be able to find any entered locations if the mapping is disabled.

To Enable the Mapping:

1. Touch Settings

 

2. Touch Map Display

   

3. Arrow down and Touch myMaps

 

4. Touch the down arrow to display all maps

              

5. Listed will be the mapping that is currently loaded to your device

    • Ensure the CN North America NT map regions listed include the area you travel in.
    • North America mapping will have the map displayed as two separate entries:

      • CN North America ALL Canada and Mexico
      • CN North America ALL US 

    • If there is no checkmark, touch the empty box to place one. This will enable the map. (Repeat step #4 as necessary)


Your device should be able to locate destinations once the mapping has been enabled.

Try the Following in Order if the Errors "No Matches Found" or "Cannot Find Search Results" Continue to Appear When Searching for a Destination:
