Transaction Processed, but Order Confirmation not Received


If you placed an order for a plotter card or mobile app subscription on our website but did not receive an order confirmation, it is possible that the payment was rejected, and thus, the order was not confirmed. Such payment rejections are usually related to the CVV (or Credit Card Verification Value) of your credit or debit card.

You may also notice that an amount equating to the failed transaction was withheld from your bank account or credit card.  These are pending transactions and will be returned within a few business days (depending entirely on the financial institution). You can also reach out to your financial institution directly to speed up the process.

To avoid this situation, we suggest making your purchase via the PayPal option at checkout. You may either login with your PayPal account, or utilize PayPal’s secured Guest Checkout function.  


NOTE: PayPal Guest Checkout can be used as a payment method even if you do not have a PayPal account.


To do this, click CHECKOUT from your cart on navionics.com and fill in the shipping address and shipping method details page.

Click NEXT to continue.

On the payment method page select  PAYPAL as your payment option, select the checkbox next to the Terms and Conditions dialog, then click the yellow PayPal button:

A popup will appear, and you will have the option to either login with your PayPal email and password or select PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD button (highlighted below) to continue with the PayPal Guest Checkout transaction.

This will redirect to where you enter your payment information for the purchase. Select CONTINUE to then complete the purchase and receive confirmation for your payment.
