Not Receiving XM Services on zumo Series Devices

If XM services are not displaying on a zumo, ensure that the zumo is being used with the proper GXM accessory (XM antenna). Additional troubleshooting steps may be taken.

XM Antenna Placement and Mounting

  • Requires a clear view of the sky
  • Ensure the antenna is not bundled or looped around its self
  • Must be at least 10cm away from the device (ideally 30cm apart)
  • Ensure proper mounting in general
