My Vivofit Jr. 3 Won’t Sync or Connect With the Garmin Jr. App
If you are having issues with the vivofit jr. 3 not syncing, pairing, or staying connected to Garmin Jr. app, use the following recommendations:
Try to manually sync the vivofit jr. 3 by pressing the button until is displayed.
Keep the watch in range of the phone during the entire sync.
If you are unable to connect and sync the vivofit jr. 3, you may need to try the steps below to remove and re-add the watch to the Garmin Jr. app:
Step 1: Remove and Unpair
Select your mobile type below to reveal instructions:

NOTE: Adventure map progress and badges earned will not be affected by removing the watch from the Garmin Jr. app. If you replace the watch that features a different adventure trail game, you will start from the beginning.
Open the Garmin Jr. app.
Select the profile that you want to remove the device from.
Select Settings.
Select Device Details.
Select Unpair.
Access the phone's settings menu and select Bluetooth.
Select the icon next to the vivofit jr. 3.
Select Forget or Unpair.
Confirm your device is no longer listed in Bluetooth settings.
