Hiding or Showing the Trip Log on an Automotive Device

Many of Garmin's automotive deviceswill record a Trip Log (tracks) that can be displayed on the map screen.  Not all nüvi® 200 series devices will include the Trip Log feature.  The Trip Log is essentially an "electronic breadcrumb" trail that shows you where you've been whenever the device is turned on and has acquired satellites.

To Hide or Show the Trip Log:

1. Touch Tools
   • Skip this step on some devices
2. Touch Settings
3. Touch Map
4. Touch Show to display the trip log on the map or touch Hide to not display the trip log on the map
5. Touch OK or Save

Repeat steps as needed.
