Garmin StreetPilot® Error Message "Authentication Unsuccessful. Please Try Again Later"

There are three possible causes for the "Authentication Unsuccessful. Please Try Again Later" error message.

  1. The iOS device is jail broken (i.e. the iOS firmware has been modified).
  2. Data connection issues.
  3. Apple ID issues.

It is suggested that users attempt to uninstall and reinstall the application if this error occurs.
