The following is a list of frequently asked questions related to running power for Garmin watches. Note that running power is an included feature on some watches, and other watches require the installation of a separate Connect IQ™ running power app.
The remaining FAQs are for Connect IQ running power apps that are installed to a compatible watch. These will not apply to watches that include native running power support and will also require a separately purchased compatible heart rate strap or running dynamics pod.
