Find Parking on an Automotive Device
Your device allows you to locate available parking near your destination. This will help you locate parking near the closest entrance of complex destinations.
To Find Parking:
- Touch Where To?
- Touch Categories
- Touch Parking
- Touch the
icon at the top to search near a specific location - Touch the Search box to type a specific parking destination
- Touch the
Touching the "i" icon in the top left will provide you with a legend on the color-coding of the parking locations. (Not available on the Garmin Drive 53 series, Garmin DriveCam™ 76, Camper/RV 795, Camper/RV 895, Camper/RV 1095, and the CamperCam/RVcam 795)
You can also filter the available parking to meet your needs, by touching Filter Parking. (This option is not available on the dēzlCam™ LGV/OTR710, dēzl™ OTR/LGV 610, 710, 810, 1010, Camper/RV 795, Camper/RV 895, Camper/RV 1095, CamperCam/RVcam 795 and the Garmin DriveCam™ 76)

- Covered Parking
- Free and Low Cost
- Pay by Cash
- Pay by Card
- Pay by Phone
These parking Points of Interest (POIs) are loaded as part of the map updates on the device and will show in the myMaps section of the device with the other mapping products listed. You can report incorrect parking information using our map error report form.
The live parking information such as availability and cost requires your device to be connected to the dēzl™ App or the Garmin Drive App on your compatible mobile device. See compatibility information below:
Note: Live parking information, such as availability and cost, will display when you take the steps above. At least 5 minutes must pass from your last parking search in order for updated information to populate. If you check the parking information at the beginning of your trip it will be up to date at that time, but may not be the same when you reach your destination. It is suggested that you check the parking again when you get closer to your destination to ensure the most accurate live information.
