Cortex® Handset Wireless Charging

The Portable Handsets use three gold plated contacts to charge that have been subjected to environmental and repetitive use testing. While wireless charging would remove these contacts, it was not included in the Cortex™ H1P Portable models in favor of faster charging times, reduced weight, size, complexity and cost - which in the long run will result in easier servicing and increased longevity of both handset and charging cradle.
