No Phone Option in Voice Command Menu

Voice Command cannot be used to make or receive wireless phone calls on Android-based automotive devices such as the dēzl™ 780, dēzlCam™ 785, Overlander®, and RV 785 GPS navigators. These devices do not have the ability to access the Phone app using Voice Command.

The Phone app can instead be accessed from the home page of the device, or from the device's Map Tools when viewing the map. See below:
