Correctly Spelling and Formatting Destinations

The destination may not have been spelled correctly or entered in the proper format if your device displays the error "No matches found" or "Cannot Find Search Results" when searching for a destination - especially an address.

Searching for a street using abbreviations (N, E, S, W, ST, etc.) is generally acceptable. However, since addresses are sometimes abbreviated differently, it is often easier to leave the abbreviation out completely.

For example: when searching for "1200 E 151st St", it is best to enter "1200 151".  This will yield a list of results where the correct address can usually be selected from a list. Try removing any abbreviations from your desired address, and only enter the house number and street name.
